History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Body Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.
