History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adelard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Jeweler for the past few years.
