Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His white hair is long and unkept. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
