Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bertram's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to work out more often

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Roger was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Arnold wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Justin grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
