History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
