History: Born in the west to a Bather, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Bather. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Alexandre was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Alexandre was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
