Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is typically in his Shepherd uniform. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Diggory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Randal has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
