History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses like a well dressed Mayor does. His blonde hair is cut short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shane is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roger's homeland. Roger decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
