Personality: He is fixated on the number 91. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
