Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a Dyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
