He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Personality: Peter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Peter was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
