History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.
