History: Chad was born with his father's beautiful face. After coming to the age of reason, Chad took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Hubert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
