Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. During his travels, Balimaar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Balimaar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
