History: Randal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a Courier soon after.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
