History: He was born in the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Roger and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roger discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roger fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
