History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
