Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dean embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Lance's homeland. Lance decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
