History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Raymond liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Gunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in a small island village. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.
