His hair is long and white with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by giants. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This late middle aged man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle and is in decent physical shape. He has moderate length black hair. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Theobald was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is chestnut and very short. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
