History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kody grew up listening to his father's many stories. Kody abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a great chef.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job
