His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it
