History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
