Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Geoffrey speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
