Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a green coat with red slacks. His black hair is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Simon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north.
