Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'0". He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a Brewer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's in love; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tan shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and green pants. His hair is black and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Aldous was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
