History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.
