History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tim was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
