Personality: Kody wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Through the years after Kody was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
