Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Painter, but he was a colossal failure. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. Justin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
