Description: This man very much looks the part of a Shoemaker, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has moderate length blonde hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is lean but muscular and sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Don took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a brown collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His red hair is knotted and matted. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Henry would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Henry was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Conrad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
