Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Reynard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.
