Personality: Drogo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: Kyle hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
