History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.
