History: He comes from a rich western family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

History: Hugh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.
