Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Bowyer like his father before him.
Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This man wears baggy brown pantaloons and a tan scarf, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His red hair is singed and shortened. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Odo's homeland. Odo decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Odo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is fixated on the number 27. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
