Description: This late middle aged man wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs and is in decent physical shape. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
