History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Aldous was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
