History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his son

His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Charles began to lead the lost caravan. He struck the Shoemaker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Lewis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lewis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Healer and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Healer.
