History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.
