Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Knight. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Servant.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his auburn hair down. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family
