Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Justin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
