History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
