Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bricklayer business.

History: Lewis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Banker for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his daughter
