Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nicholas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is an amazing painter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's in love; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'0" and wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many brigands want him driven away
