History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Lance was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Barkeep in town.

History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Barkeep.
