History: He was born in the west. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
