History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This light-skinned male dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This late middle aged man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems and is in decent physical shape. His hair is white and curly. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Patrick isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He became a Navigator soon after.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
