Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
