Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He dresses like a well dressed Performer does, marred by teas. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Conrad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to be a fortune-teller again

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'0". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Anthony speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Shane took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and human compassion
